We thought it was worth it as there is plenty to do, two great shows, the Falconers Quest and Legend of the Trebuchet, there are free tours of the inside of the castle and the grounds, the Zog activity trail and playarea, meet and greets, horrible histories maze and lots of entertainment going on, jousting, archery. We had a full day and didn't manage to do everything so plenty to do on a day out for both adults and kids
