      The summary of Framer wasn't really fair. Their interaction design tools are incredibly powerful. Code components allow for further extension. You can definitely do complex animations and transitions! I'd recommend digging a bit deeper and you'll realise how much you can truly accomplish with Framer. Galleries aren't really good enough to guage this

    • @danvanspam
      @danvanspam ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That said, Webflow does offer very fine-tuned controls for orchestrating animations - but I think that's also sort of its downfall. There's a trade-off right - Framer lets you get very nice pages done much more quickly than Webflow - which takes a bit more architecting to get going.

    I used to hate Wix, but Wix's normal website (not Editor X) now has a CMS and all those features that one needs to get a No Code SaaS out. I built an entire No Code Saas from a tutorial that used Webflow, Airtable, Stripe, Zapier, Memberstack with just Wix with actually no code at all (the original tutorial had a copy paste code in the end).

    I use Tilda and find it an amazing solution for no-coders like me. The editor built in called "zero block" allows to create a design without any limitations. However, it has some drawbacks as well. What makes me wanna switch is necessity of using pieces of Java script every now and then if you want to create something more quirky. Also, the animations arent always sleek. And lastly, the process of building a custom website is a plain drag-and-drop and moving pixels on multiple canvases for each breakpoint. That especially drives me crazy and slows down my work soooo much. But overall, a great and easy tool for designers! Too bad so few designers barely know about it

  • @DavJonesy
    @DavJonesy 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    I use bubble! I want to say bubble has recently released there new responsive engine, it allows us to design our apps more in-depth. the issues with bubble is definitely that it is ugly, but also it is hard to create beautiful apps. I use it though for the CMS my website generates thousands of database entries a week. It’s all stored on bubbles servers at no extra cost because bubble allows unlimited entries of basic data. If Webflow offered this, that’s where I would be.

    I've been slowly building up more work at a freelance capacity. I've so far used pure HTML, CSS, JavaScript. React and Tailwind. Figma landing pages. All from scratch. I've been looking for something where I can design rapidly, and export to code. So thanks for showcasing animaapp. It looks 🔥 Design something, and to be able to still get in and code, and or simply export HTML for clients. Super also looks really good, however how would I build a super site for a client? As the content would be required? I'm not familiar with it so idk if there's like an invite no edit option for notion? Thanks ahead

I would love to see videos like this but about no-code mobile App developers too. Also any other software that you find invaluable. Could be ones that are not commonly known. I for example have recently used and love Typora and the Microsoft Power Toys preview. Might help if you look at the camera more. Though I guess you are really thinking about what you have to say, or are reading it from the screen.

    You should have included markers to help rank your opinion. Such as logic, database, layout and design, integration with other platforms using APIs and so on.
    Your opinion doesn't help the viewer make any type of decision what's best for them and why one tool fits their needs compared to another tool.
    Thanks for listing some website building apps, but think about your VIEWER and WHY they are watching.
