It's impossible to get the stranger set if you don't have gems.... I am at last stage of the stranger marathon and I can't get the set if I don't play the witch game 4 times....and you know already that how tough it is to get those red tokens
I agree with you, the only way to get red tickets is to spend a lot of gems which are totally overpriced, i already spent 9000 gems for the sake of this marathon, this might be the hardest marathon of all time, also to get Stranger set easily you might have to wait months and that's sad

Anyone here agree with me that gloomy specter and ironclad set with max perk ability to 240 are literally the best two sets in the game, plus i just got this new set in today's new event with permanent shadow ability(looks promising), now i only miss Lynx and stranger set to complete having all the sets😊. Btw didnt spend a penny on this game

Just wait for the particular event to come, or you can upgrade your equipment by opening booster packs mostly event booster packs, if it says that , that means you cannot upgrade your equipment using shadow energy, by the way which level are you ? Which plane
Actually developers changed a lot of things in this game, previously you can upgrade your equipment and get new stuff from quest chest and booster packs but now they changed it , now you can only get sets when the particular event is available and by a hard grind no easy stuff, also you can no longer upgrade your stuff using shadow energy same goes for unique sets as well you can only upgrade them using special tokens which you can only get from particular event, you are welcome
@@Joe-oq1ji In the last 10 months, I collected kotl(now lvl 3), destroyer (3), PSS (5), widow (4), DH (4) set, got almost all unique and orphan weapons, all void chest II perks, and besides all this, I still managed to cross 43.7k mark of gems being f2p always. Currently have 30.5k gems. Cheers to the journey so far from being a newbie to an ancient.
The only suggestion I have is to save your chest keys and wait until the sprint of the key master marathon comes , then open chests and you can have some gems

Bro free means not spending money, and the current marathon system is becoming really hard and there is only way to quickly complete the marathon is spending gems that is the reason I do not waste my gems until I need too , by the way I have been playing at 2 or 3 years and all this time I was storing gems and other resources just so I can get new sets or new equipments when they will be available
