    I would not have been born except for the exceptional skills of Dr. Henry Zanger fixing my mothers medical issues that others wanted to fix by hysterectomy. He died right after fixing my Dad's helicopter towing strain caused a hernia and came out in the middle of the night for adrenalin to save my brother'slife from asthma. What a man , he had cool deer trophies in his waiting room at 1st and Santa Clara streets. He is revered!

    Headstones were so nice, decorative, and big back long ago, compared to now.

    Really makes you wonder where the children went from the open graves. It's a beautiful cemetery and the stones are gorgeous. Really loved the angels facing each other. Great video. Thank you!

    Even with the memorial shrines, the burials are in most cases in the ground with the grotto built above. Since most in the childrens area are concrete, they would deteriorate more than if in actual stone. In Catholic cemeteries, such as this one, more records most likely are in the office of the diocesan bishop rather than in the on-site cemetery office. Great cemetery tour. Thanks.

    I think that those empty graves (above the ground ones): the family or some others, because it was falling apart, moved the coffins elsewhere, probably within the current cemetery. Nice job, Tony

    When I made the statement about those ornate iron fences & gates at the cemeteries that never get painted I have a story about that. A few years ago my mom went to a auction in Ocala FL & she bought these rusted sections of of a fence that had been removed from around someone's grave by the cemetery workers & they hauled it to the auction because they didn't want to paint it & of course get a few bucks for it & she bought all of it & then had it cut & welded back together & painted it for a gate at the end of her driveway & there was definitely something attached to it in a Paranormal way.

    The children's tombs made me think of dog houses. What lengths some will go to in order to avoid in ground burial.

    The photographs on memorials are fascinating. They are not permitted in the U.K. I wonder how they managed to print photographs on stone in the days when some of the memorials were made -- or are they pictures drawn by artists?

    • @CryptDoor
      @CryptDoor  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I think some of them look as though they could’ve been sketch drawings. But the ones that are real pictures I think they’re just attached by some kind of cement and the pictures are encased in something to make them hard

    Based on the death dates of many of the children, I wonder if many of them died as a result of the flu epidemic of 1918?
