The sound of the plane overhead is actually quite soothing! I used to live near an air base and since we moved away it's become sort of comforting to hear planes on the rare occasions we're near flight paths!

You should try a cleansing oil Emma. You just massage it for 30 sec into your skin and then dissolve it with water. Followed by a washgel to remove everything. Double cleansing is the Best. It's far more efficient than micellar water. A lot of Korean brands have cruelty free and vegan products.

Or maybe make a cup of tea instead. An art/craft you like to do or share. Little crinkle bags in any form are always accepted.🤗 As are the cotton rounds. What does loFi mean?
Low fidelity, lower quality sound. In this case it means there is more white noise and it's less polished, the way asmr videos started out
