    sick man I def want it now, after hearing this .
    I was like can those pick ups do full metal to full clean so veastile, compared to the Dimarzio imo,
    and sound almost like tim hensons sig in the neck. voicing.
    Crazy you got that one Outthe box. you made me so happy!

    Just ordered this Guitar yesterday at my local GC. I go in there ALOT and know most of the staff. I traded in 2 guitars and one VERY VERY nice employee used her 20% discount card for me and i ended up only paying $220 out of pocket. I am stoked as this will be my first Prestige Ibanez guitar...

      How are you finding that wide skinny neck?? I so wanted to keep this guitar but the neck just made my hand ache like crazy! I dunno though maybe it was just setup really crappy from the factory or something

    • @Robbie28
      @Robbie28 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@Jaymze9370 I seem to like the radius more. For me, the 16 inch and 17 are more comfortable. Maybe its due to my small hands, but i have no clue lol i just know for me its more comfortable and ya cant beat a satin neck. The only thing i would change is the Fret board. I have a Schecter Synister Gates model with an Ebony board. I wish the Ibanez had that same board. I just like them more for some reason.

    Oh man dig the riffs AND the guitar!! Question. I am looking at this model as well. Possibly pulling the trigger. I know that their Prestige guitars are known for quality. And having amazing fret work. How is the SS fret work on this guitar compared to their other nickel models? Thanks man!

    • @bucknasty69
      @bucknasty69 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I've played this model and the neon green seven string prestige model at a local guitar shop, and the fretwork is simply impeccable. I thought the fretwork was even better than a USA made Jackson Soloist I tried out as well. You're definitely getting your money's worth with a Japanese made Ibanez!

    • @talkychris
      @talkychris ปีที่แล้ว

      I tried one at local guitar store. Fret ends were great but 3rd, 9th and several at the higher register were high/low.
      I contacted another shop. The tech tested with a fret rocker. 13th and some of the high register frets were uneven. He's going to do a level and crown job for before they ship out. Everything else about these models is superb.

      Ibanez guitars have always targeted metal players, so when you see someone playing ibanez guitars they are more than likely a person that plays metal music... but if you were actual watch the video you’d know right after the beginning he plays it in a clean setting on all the pickup sections showing what else the pickups are capable of doing.

      Comes with the brand dude. If youre looking at an RG, chances are you want deep palm mutes, fast neck, screaming open strums, and clear lead through distortion, but can also acquire single coil tones for blues or southern rock. If you didnt hear everything you needed to from this demo, then the RG probably isnt for you bro.
