- Teach your pet bird to sing this catchy theme song to Pink Panther.
The best way to get a cockatiel, budgie, parrot or bird to mimic a song or phrase is to whistle or say it over and over again. Eventually they will start to sing a long. This is the method i used to get my cockatiel, Dino, to sing. He can sing five different songs now.
This can be time consuming and frustrating, especially if you are not great at whistling. It took my cockatiel months to learn Game of Thrones. An easier way is to play this video to your bird and they will learn from it. Good luck

@@dinotiel yes it was your vid as my whistling is terrible. He picks them up super fast, the only one he can’t stand is happy birthday he gets angry when I play that one. It’s well funny. His fav is pink panther and Addams family but he learnt that from the house phone I changed the ring tone to it.
