Choker collars are perfectly fine they smooth the spikes don't hurt a bit plus with a high energy breed like this it's a good training tool at an early age
Not many coonhounds as worthless as a blue tick for coon hunting. I have had several and have hunted with a lot. Think I have seen 2 blue ticks in my life that were good coonhounds.
