I have depression and anxiety. Right now I am not working and living with my parents. I don't know what I would do without my cat. She helps me alot. It is winter here right now and I find it impossible to make myself go outside for a walk. How do you make yourself go out for a walk in the bitter cold? 2020 has been the best and the worst year for me emotionally Worst part: I suffered a traumatic heartbreak ,😥 and when I couldn't breath , your videos helped me through. Best part : I found your channel☀ now I truly believe that nothing is without purpose, because I never would have appreciated these calm healing videos had I not suffered that trauma and I probably wouldn't switch up my channel to a more peaceful space. I am indeed grateful for all that happened because it led me here to a journey of self healing, accepting myself and seeing the beauty in my rural life even more ☀🌿. Thank you Sueddu
