The Petitioner Ms. PM Safiya has raised a genuinely valid point for justice and despite the provisions in the Indian Succession Act, the Hon'ble Supreme Court is competent to use its inherent to do justice to her and similarly situated citizens. The Central Government should also think over seriously to amend the Indian Succession Act to remove such lacuna immediately. Anyway, thos Keralite lady deserve to be applauded for raising such genuine issues in the SC for the first time in the history.

It's so simple, SC had to suggest new law for inheritance for non believers or those who leaving any faith or atheist and fill up that vacuum.
