Ahh!! Thank you SO much DeLady 😭❤️🥰 I actually didn’t plan it at all! That’s probably why it looks so natural. I did all of the terraforming first, the mountains and many of the trees. Then once I was happy with the landscape, I formed the park around it! I didn’t really have a choice about where to put things, since the mountains are so steep… so paths and buildings and habitats had to go wherever they would fit! I did the foliage work in stages, most trees went in first, then once the paths and habitats were in place I started adding all the details. I probably worked on this zoo for 200 hours give or take. Again, thank you so much for showcasing my zoo… it really was a labour of love ❤️
as someone that grew up in this area but has been gone for two years because of school... this is so perfect that it made me homesick. everything is so realistic, from the colour of the glacier fed lakes, to all of the walking up hill (and yes I miss both equally lol)
This is the most magnificent zoo / sanctuary I've ever seen ! I'm astonished by the amount of details she put on it, the work it must have take, and imagination you must have to just make it work ! i actually kind of teared up a bit watching this :,) the scenery reminded me so much of my trip to yukon, it was all so stunning and truly reminds me how beautiful my country really is. canada is absolutely GORGEOUS and this wildlife sanctuary reflects it SO POSITIVELY WELL!
I love this place in real life, a live a few hours away, and Banff and Jasper(another town that shares similarities in close location). But this park really does an amazing job on what it feels like to walk around the blue lakes in the area, makes me wanna drive down there again so bad!
Okay, so how can someone live here? I mean this is drop-dead amazing! So beautiful, so heart-felt. There was some major love put into this zoo. And the Christmas aspect at the entrance was just a fun filled whimsical touch.
I love the idea of a wildlife sanctuary!!! I spent a lot of time working with animals & in national parks/preserves & this gave me major nostalgia for that. To the person who made this, I sincerely love & appreciate this.

It’s so incredible. It felt like a real hike in the Canadian forest. Phenomenal! I’m literally crying but happy tears 😭🤌 If you ever come to Canada , I def recommend going to jasper/banff. I totally agree with you Lady, it's amazing, inspirational, and realistic, just what you want from a Whildlife sanctuary, now we just need PukkunCheekin to tell us what their secret is, I have terrible trouble with the terraforming of the land, and this fantastic sanctuary just proves to me that it can be done, I just have to work harder, I would also be interested in know exactly how many hours/days it took to plan and build. Hey Donna! I’d be more than happy to offer some tips that may help! To be honest, terraforming the big mountains is not super difficult, just very time consuming!! It takes a while to build the land up to that height. BUT what I did to save time was make one big mountain, build a complete barrier around it, saved it as a habitat blueprint, and then built that “habitat” on the other side of the map. BAM - two mountains! Then I just deleted the barriers and tweaked the shape of the mountains. I hope this helps!
Im afraid the zoo tour would then become way too long that many people dont even want to click them anymore due to them being too long 😅 Good thing is you can download every zoo tour from the steam workshop yourself to explore them to every little detail you want 🥰

I did all the terraforming first! That way I could create the landscape I wanted, without anything getting in the way. There really was no organization, because I had to place paths and habitats wherever they would fit within the landscape. The foliage was done in layers… I started with the trees, working in sections until the whole map was covered. That’s when it really started to take shape. From there, you just work with your imagination!
Even tho i would love to do one of these like trail-type zoos i know i would go insane trying to terraform everything and make all the paths connect and work properly
God damnit this is so amazing can we hurry up and start a GoFundMe to get something like this in real life!. Sure it will be quite a hike but man it would be so worth it
Okay watching this now twice, I have to say, while this zoo is mind-blowing amazing, realistically, it's so NOT wheelchair friendly. If this were real there is no way someone like me (who suffers with a bad back) could visit. I think what this zoo needs, at the least is like a chairlift, gondola or skyway ride. And I have to admit that at the end I was like "nooooooooooooo" I want to see more. This is one zoo I would never ever want to leave. I have seen so many of these zoo builds and to date this is my favorite. I wish I could download and walk this zoo myself and look at the fine detail of the rockwork, architecture, foliage. About all that's missing is more birds: Eagles, Owls, Hawks, Falcons, Herons, Egrets. Maybe porcupines and musk oxen too (I am only an hour away from the Canadian border so I know the wildlife) I can go on and on about this build. Just WOW! Yes, this is #1 on my list. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

6:57 There's a valid reason the beaver don't feel like taking a swim, fast moving water (the waterfall) causes them stress, the sound of the water and current makes them think their dam is breaking. Anyhow, this sanctuary is still amazing and it looks perfectly natural.

Each time I watch her videos I find myself checking the resolution to make sure it didn't dip to a lower quality. Her videos are just not captured (or something) at a true resolution. I don't expect 4k, 1080p is good enough but the quality of these vids is worse than 1080p? And it's not the in-game settings causing the low qaulity. I dunno, I just find it very distracting and have never found myself being bothered by other youtuber's videos being too low quality.
My first parks 2 years ago looked horrible compared to this!! You’ll get better with each zoo you make, especially if you keep watching videos for inspiration!

The use of colorfull flowers is something i always strugle with, Pukkunchicken absolutley mastered it. very nice sanctuary!

The beavers have no problem swimming in the pools, they were just napping while she was recording this tour :)

I always try and watch your videos but I cant really enjoy them because the video quality (resolution) is so poor. :/
You can turn it up to 1080p, 420p is just the automatic resolution
