Another Italian treasure from The Maestro..I noticed those 1930s sedans that drove by.French ? Italian?(reference first internal combustion powered vehicle). My Italian American Catholic heritage would hope that there was among the visitors research biologists, geologists, botanists and can't forget pharmocognosists( natural pharmaceuticals) Le Maestro always has lots of discoveries to be ..Peace

These Citroën Traction Avant were designed 90 years ago yet were so technically advanced they will out-handle more than one modern car driver on a mountain road.

1:47 - had there been some kind of classic car event going on somewhere?

Thank you for featuring another one of my favourites from my 2019 driving tour around the Alps & Pyrenees (I did it in this direction as well) - both this one & the Col Agnel that each straddle the Italian-French border are fantastic places to park and walk fairly easily a little higher from their pass-level for spectacular views of the roads zig-zagging their way up on both sides so I'd always allow about an hour-to-90-minutes for any stops at their tops instead of just a quick few minutes.

very spectacular pass, have to drive also more through The West Alps, been more through the Eastern Alps during my roadtrips. The vintage cars were really nice, some really old. Thanks for the video, greetings from a fellow roadtripper from Germany!
