Great segment! Bra T, it seems like we are the only ones going through these things because for a very long time, black people were denied their spirituality and beliefs. So there is a huge ''backlog in us trying to get back to our understanding of what spirituality means, when we were told Christianity is the only thing to believe and that believing in ancestors is demonic. We as black people knew God way before our colonisers arrived. Also, if you look at African spirituality, there is a strong connection with nature, which we have lost.
