Este entreno fue durante el confinamiento, solo para mantener. Los de pretemporada y entretemporada son mucho más duros. De todas formas, aquí solo vemos escasos 5 minutos de un entrenamiento que puede durar entre hora y media y 2 horas.

Este entreno fue durante el confinamiento, solo para mantener.
Los de pretemporada y entretemporada son mucho más duros.
De todas formas, aquí solo vemos escasos 5 minutos de un entrenamiento que puede durar entre hora y media y 2 horas.
