Max. I don’t like the recorded voice overlay. There’s a major highway out there to the left and even the smaller road was getting traffic. It’s good to hear the outdoor noise level

For example back stairs, in the mud room/reception area a stainless farmhouse sink, additional refrigerator, wall cabinets and island, a pot filler above the range a sub zero refrigerated drawer or wine cooler, a tankless hot water system, dual HVAC system and a Taexx, the original Tubes in the Wall® system, is a networked home system that runs throughout designated walls of your home,* creating a virtual barrier that strikes unwanted guests where they’re the most vulnerable- where they live, hide, and breed or will they be my upgrades?
Hey Good Evening Max!! !This home ❤️ and type of home 👍 is one of my favorites!!! so needless to say I enjoy the showing!!i💯.The house inside and out is clean, open,and inviting. The bedrooms and bathrooms ( no waiting) for most buyers families this will be a good thing!!) and the privacy and spacing between the houses is something that alot of buyers would like if you don't want to be too alone like some rural homes for example. Pay almost one million or close for a home and look out the back and have a fence that looks like it should be on a farm holding cattle. And the location is so close to a main road. No thank you.
Actually a very lovely place. Looking at this one with the primary bedroom makes me think they really want YOU the owner to be comfortable. I really like this house. I truly wish It had 10 acres or more. But, someone else does not have a need or desire for that kind of living an roaming area. I like the construction of it. Over 3 quarters of a million dollars. I say they put a lot of good thought in this home. I really enjoyed the tour. Thanks Max!
Why must you insult women? "nanny" teaches kids while mom binge watches some show and man prepares dinner? what world you live in! Mom is content cooking the meal while teaching Jr. at the kitchen table, man is doing who knows what.

You clearly took a non traditional role joke way too far. If you search my channel, you will see many videos headlines about handywoman specials and other non-traditional references, just like this one. If half of the people watch with the volume off that is over 6,000 people ! I have a feeling my page would have blown up with a few comments if my comment was sexist or disrespectful. Yours was the only one. By the way, the vast majority of nannies are women.
