After failing to save Visari's life, Sgt. Tomas Sevchenko and Rico Velasquez regroup with Captain Jason Narville outside the imperial palace. With Helghan cruisers preparing to attack their fleet, they are forced to fight their way through the ruins of Pyrrhus, sacrificing most of their remaining armor and manpower in order to reach an extraction point near the edge of the city. Admiral Orlock, commander of the First Army, is pressured by Jorhan Stahl, the chairman of arms manufacturer Stahl Arms, to either ensure the total destruction of the ISA or turn over control of the army to him. Meanwhile, Rico receives a transmission from Jammer, a sniper whose platoon has been cut off by the Helghast. Against Narville's orders, he goes to assist them. The rest of the force attempts to link up with the fleet, but enemy interference leads to several ships being shot down, forcing the remainder to leave without Narville's men.

It's mad that Guerrilla made such a compelling enemy faction that most people agree the ISA were the real villains of the series
They should a game from the Helghast' perspective.
While I agree that the Higs are very compelling, only a dumbass a retard would believe that there is a true "good guy" or "villain" faction in Killzone. Both sides are bad

Yes! And I want it to be a prequel about the first war we hear about so much and see the atrocities committed by the isa that lead to so much hatred from the helghast
If you pay attention to the Lord the Helghast have had a really rough the ISA aren't really that good either so I like your idea it would be nice to have a Killzone game from their perspective
And better with happy end for Helghan and it’s people.
I’d rather have one about the mercenary in the kid. Also maybe seeing other conflicts. You know I won’t be surprised if there’s actually one day a war between earth and that independent colony group
It saddens me that 13 years and one game later, we still dont know what happened with these characters after this. This is the last we see them. Hoping GG continues the story with these characters coming back.

I am convinced Stahl's script was written around Malcolm McDowell's audition. It really feels like he's just doing his thing here.

The multiplayer was was also amazing though it was severely limited.....
I remember playing as the soldier or the medic half of the time....... I only played that one mode with the 3 maps but I forget what that mode was called.
Same, mine too back when I was like 7 or something like that I'm 13 now and I said to myself I miss this game and it brings back so many memories. I have an Xbox 360 I wish they would create it for Xbox 360
@@daydreamdirty do you mean "Operations"? This had 3 stages the map and three or four objectives I think. I really miss the game because when I started the story and gone to the Jungle there my disc crashes. I kept swearing until I found a copy🤣.

I love Killzone. We really need a new game. I really don’t care if it’s a sequel or a reboot. I say I don’t care before for me the story they were telling has been completed. So maybe a retelling or a new story. Shadow fall was good. But the OGs were so much more impactful. Thank God I got that Ps magazine years ago because that thing had the OG Killzone demo. Good ole days. Killzone 2, IMO, had the best MP. might be my most favorite Mp I’ve ever played. We need to tweet our want for a new game to GG @Guerilla and PlayStation.

BTW LOVE THIS DAMMIT GAME AND HISTORY! I always wanted to know more about the lore of Killzone, at least an interesting part of Helghast invasion, How many ships were? How many troopers were? How many survive? You know… this stuff

The Way ISA loses men is just weird sometimes just in 1 cutscene and boom 100 soldiers dead like nothing

Killzone 2 and 3 were the best Killzone games in the series. Shadow fall was ok but just not as good as the previous titles.

I am most certain every man including Stahl in that room have risen through the ranks from being whelps to what they are now. All he has done was sit and watch, and I think Stahl understood the gravity of everything better than Orlock.
I wish they remaster or remake this game it would be absolutely legendary

Would love a Helghast campaign if we get another game. Boris (from Mercenary) and technically Echo (from Shadow Fall) showed there's good Helghast but also to highlight the clear fact that the ISA were nowhere near innocent when it came to war crimes.

I need a Killzone game where we play as the Helghast. And I’m not talking some Star Wars Battlefront II deal where it’s like 4 missions, I need an entire campaign devoted to them
Edit: The protagonists just wiped out a whole planet, i understand they linger on it for a moment but that’s all just a moment. That is some unimaginable guilt they should have

Stahl deserved to be the one in charge. He outsmarted an entire Group of Chairmen with just his Sheer wit.
My only nitpick about this game is a small inconsistency and sudden gameplay changes, where did Natko go? He was there at Visari's Palace at kill zone 2 which this game takes place after seconds immediately after, compared to kill zone 2 this game looks a bit lighter and cartoonish but its still nice, for gameplay changes, it felt like another generic fps shooter compared to kill zone 2 which I hailed to be dark souls except fps, and you can just brute force your way through many levels because of the revive system, and then suddenly there's a big technology gap where I question, where was all this stuff when I was playing kill zone 2? Overall id give it a 6.7 out of 10, Gameplays Good and Story is also good but compared to kill zone 2 which I believe to be at least 9.8 or 10/10

The soldier at 1:30 and all the other armoured soldiers like him have a very similar mask design to the ones that the wolf brigade soldiers wear.
The designers took actually inspiration from the Wolf Brigade.

Ah I remember being baited at the start to actually think that we can get to play as the Helgan, unfortunately I got cucked, I mean they just look so damn cool and my young mind really loved their armor but nah. I still had to play as the boring ISA cast from the last game.

I watched now all 3 Games. I can see some paralells to Germany after WW1.
Nation defeated - rebuild from its Ashes and become a powerful Nation - Invaded other Countrys - being attackd by the US ... and KZ3 finaly starts to create its own Story, apart from WW2-ref´s.
And all this US-Hurra-Flavour, Soldier ignoring Orders and shit ... cant belive we lived in these Centurys 😉
But lets appreciate these Helghast "Villains" - Stahl and Orlock - they played ther Role pretty well.
And Yes - in the End the ISA re the real Villains - Genocide cant be justified.
