This time I came to Aone Campsite in Kanagawa Prefecture!
It was my first time visiting a campsite,
The staff are kind and the cherry blossoms are blooming this season.
It was a very nice campsite! 🌿
Camping while watching the cherry blossoms fall was the best✨
The food I made was so delicious that I was so happy!

[Super easy firefly squid rice recipe]
【material】
Rice: 2 cups
firefly squid
ginger
(A) Dashi soup: 350ml
(A) Alcohol: 2 teaspoons
(A) Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
(A) Salt: a pinch
*I add as much seasoning as I like✨
Choose perilla leaves, sesame seeds, and green onions to your liking ♡
[How to make]
*Wash the rice, soak it in water for at least 30 minutes, and drain it well (I used unwashed rice when camping).
1.Prepare the firefly squid (optional)
2.Cut ginger and perilla leaves
3. Cook rice
* Apply butter all over the Staub pot.
Put the rice and (A) into a pot, stir gently, and add the firefly squid and ginger.
Heat over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes, and once it comes to a boil, lower the heat to low and heat for about 12 minutes.
Turn off the heat and steam for another 10 minutes.
Once cooked, sprinkle with seasonings of your choice.
