Rajampet and Tirupati could have been won if TDP contested. In Kadapa, Congress had cut in to the votes of both TDP and YCP but probably TDP affected more. Also there were news of unofficial arrangements in favor of YC0. Araku, TDP just didnt try too hard, and there were practical issues of campaigning, for CBN or Lokesh to go there.

Yes.. Unnecessarily alliance lost a few MP and MLA seats because of bad candidates and wrong party.. TDP would have won easily in those seats if contested..

This is extremely dangerous for a diverse country like india, all regional aspirations will go for a toss. Fact of the matter is since there is some one tall like Modi you are feeling so, as this is his last term it is highly unlikely. Multiple people i am aware of voted tdp in assembly and nota in parliament as the candidate is BJP.
