  • De sloop van de centrale toren met liftschacht en badkamers is begonnen en dat gaat redelijk snel; het verslag en het resultaat van minder dan 2 uur slopen. Volop sloopgeweld van begin tot eind; voor de liefhebbers. Ik vond het een sensatie. Alle video's zijn te zien: deel 1 t/m 16; er is ook een afspeellijst.

    Already incredible, what the excavator and especially the gripper must endure. The operator is an absolute professional. The company may appreciate herself to have such a skill. Hopefully she pays him decent.

    Ff een wat zwaardere HEB (HEB 200?) balk aanschaffen voor dit soort klusjes, dan kun je wat effectiever die bakstenen muurtjes rammen en gaat dat balkje niet krom. Zo'n wat zwaarder balkje hou je vanzelf wel n keer over van n klusje. Dit wat ie nu gebruikt is een veel te licht H balkje. Wel slim van hem om uberhaupt een balkje te nemen anders breng je constant je bakcilinder in gevaar als je zo'n hoog gebouw gaat afbreken met een eigenlijk te lage/kleine kraan.

    Some good-looking lumber in that roof- what a shame! I thought the Netherlands were big on recycling.....

    • @TheoBinnendijk
      @TheoBinnendijk  4 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      All the materials will be separated in different containers: wood, stone, metals, and so on. You can be sure the lumber will be sold again as second hand timber. You cannot tear the building down by removing the lumber by hand. That will be to expensive.

    Those Europeans build to a much higher standard than we do in the U.S. We would not put up reinforced concrete for a wall in what looks like a housing project that has outgrown its usefulness. In Europe they build a building to last forever.

    • @TheoBinnendijk
      @TheoBinnendijk  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We use concrete walls for elevators and stability. We don't have so much wood as you have in the U.S , but we have a lot of clay. So the outside of most buildings are made of bricks. There are wooden houses in The Netherlands, but less.

    • @peon9282
      @peon9282 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No. A concrete crusher probably would be the best. But excavators without full automatic quick couplers (Oilquick) tend to be used with the wrong equipment, because changing all the time would cost too much time. It‘s not good for the machine to use the boom as jackhammer and smash the building with a bucket, which is what you probably meant and is done in the US.

      Maybe a bit too small, and an excavator with full hydraulic coupler would be better, so he could have quickly changed to the right attachment (crusher) and only use the sorting grab to pull out wood.

    Wrong machine , not enough reach. Wrong attachment, not strong enough. Demolishing in the vicinity of another worker. While demolishing the roof , the operator doesn't have control of where the decree is falling.

      Voor het metselwerk is zo'n schaar niet erg handig, voor het betonwerk natuurlijk een stuk beter. Verderop in deze serie zie je dat er dan wel een schaar beschikbaar is. Of er veel schade was aan de grijper, heb ik maar niet nagevraagd. Voor de machinist was dit zijn eerste sloopklus, normaal werkte hij bij de overslag en verwerking van puin.

      @@peterclarke945 You must not forget that in the rather densily populated country the Netherlands is, it's usually not possible to just strike a high-rise building just somewhere to bring a big part of it down at once, as this could damage property in the vincinity. Besides that, most of the stuff is salvaged. Bringing large parts down slows this process down.
