Child visitation and Laura's support were agreed upon in court by both parties. I cannot do otherwise. Laura needs care from both of them. I don't want Laura to grow up not knowing who her father is. The father needs to stop trespassing. Not being invited in through the front is trespassing. The courts would agree with that. He needs to come to the gate and be let in by you. I bet visitation is not pop in when he feels like it. I would get that clarification as soon as possible. Please get baby some toys
I noticed that ex husband tried to act like he was concerned about what you are eating. You told him that you were out of food. He should have given you money to buy food but he didn’t. He wasn’t worried about you and the baby when he kicked you out of the house and you slept in the forest, was he? Don’t take him back. He’s got a mean streak in him and he won’t change for long. You did right. As long as he doesn’t think he can waltz in and out when he wants and walk into the house without your permission as if he owns the property and he is master. You need to set boundaries. He needs to support you financially on a regular basis. Keep your relationship about little Laura only. He needs to know that. Go to the authority and report that he is coming over without permission,its your property and you have done a great job.
