Bellows Falls is a beautiful town. I spent a lot of time there as a kid. I still visit once in a while. It's a throwback to a time in history, that was great
Great video, Bradley! Thank you for visiting Bellows Falls. So glad you enjoyed your first visit and decided to come again! Nice meeting you. Best, Elijah Zimmer
I used to work as a police dispatcher in Bellows Falls in the early 1970's. Back then it was a wild little city - especially on weekends, and I have tales I could tell.
We live here and it is a really nice place to live.... downtown really does have a nice variety of shops and places to eat.... people are friendly for the most part. Putting myself in the role of a tourist, it offers a very cool day trip.😊
@@djbradleyjay it's a great area for hiking and fishing, great food. If Lisias deli on Atkinson st is still there I highly recommend it, the best breakfast sandwiches get one with their sausage patties. It is a bit depressed economically.
Please elaborate because I was thinking of moving there. Literally looking at houses right now, please give a detailed description so I don’t make a mistake
I grew up in Vermont and then My Dad Got A job in texas and He moved the family down to Texas. I love Bellows falls!! 😊❤❤❤

I too spent a lot of time there as a kid. 70's early 80's. Joe's Dairy Joy was a hot spot for us kids.

Lived in BF 1979-98. Worked for GMRC. A railroad town, loved it !

My grandfather used to take the train from NJ, and we would pick him up in BF, and go home to Landon, NH.
I remember when the Arch Bridge was actually an "arch." Was there when they demolished it.
I lived in that area from 1978 to 2017, 18 years of that in the village of Bellows Falls.
How did you like it? Any insights?
