Bringing supernatural or sci.fi elements into the real world and treating them and their influence with logic is something I love, cannot wait for more interesting alt-histories like this one.
Let me make a wild prediction.
According to the thumbnail, the USSR would be "immune from the zombies" and use them to gain power. Other nations like Germany and the Allies would get overwhelmed by the Soviet Manpower. This would result in a Third World War starting weeks after the Second World War. There, the Soviets would be victorious somehow. The Americans would have nukes, so many bombs would be dropped on the Soviets.
Also Bulgaria would be allied with the USSR and become the greatest nation ever, right PH?

Realistically, i could see the Allies and the Axis having forcing themselves to team up due to constant pressure of the people because they don't want to be eaten. Meaning the Soviets could just be immediately doomed with almost the world once qgain having to fight, but to genuinely destroy a common threat.
I mean, they did team up in the video, but i don't see them winning a ground war, and as seen in the video, they would simply have to bomb the zombies. And this would work, however, it would be an eternal war, because stalin would simply sacrifice more and more people. Unless the population runs out quickly, it is uncertain if the war would end. But sending troops to the front line instead of bombing would doom the allies as every allied soldier killed would turn into a zombie.
This has to be up there with that one Mussolini changing to islam, exiling to Lybia and reviving carthage
Reminds me of that zombie game where Hitler decided to start turning everyone into zombies as his last attempt at victory in 1945.

What happened next:
Over the next few years, the entirety of Afro-Eurasia was infected. The Americans, together with the British and Japan, miraculously managed to create a naval blockade and cut themselves off from the world. Unfortunately, due to lack of necessary funds, the Malayan archipelago and Australia were also lost shortly thereafter. The world has entered a stalemate. This state of affairs lasted for the next several dozen years, after which the Tsar's attempts at sea invasion began to weaken. Ultimately, due to the lack of access to new bodies and the decay of old ones, the empire's population completely evaporated. The Allies at the beginning of the 21st century began to reclaim the mainland, carefully clearing every square kilometer. The new world was divided between four superpowers: the USA, the British Empire, the Japanese Empire and the Latin Empire. Miraculously, the two smaller states also managed to maintain their independence. These were New Zealand and San Marino. New Zealand was too isolated from any other landmass for zombies to pose a threat, and the loss of Australia left the British Empire without any significant forces in the region that would allow it to maintain control over its dominion. As for San Marino, no one knows the answer to the question of how they managed to survive. Its similar to how no one knows how they managed to survive the fall of the Roman civilization, which marked the end of antiquity, 1500 years ealier.
Strangely, even though the entire Middle East was depopulated, the Jewish diaspora failed to establish Israel in the Levant. Once again, it will be 3,000 years before they manage to recreate the Jewish state.
