I submitted my record and Got Observation PARTNERSHIP DEED IS INCOMPLETE FORM NO. 1/ WITNESS FROM IS INCOMPLETE Even though I have filed all details in Form1 , signed it and also gotten it attested Partnership deed i got sample from a friend, filled it, signed with 2 witness and got it attested from a registered notary public officer. Yet above two observation. Can you help me in this regard

I am planning to register a company for myself and want to clear the custom duties by myself because the carrier takes 5-10 rupees/ meter extra money from me along with customs duties and taxes and also I am not able to rebate my advance income tax. Can you make it clear to me whether should I have one or two separate registrations with a registrar in Punjab; one registration as an importer and the second registration as a distributor?

You can get your FORM-C online but for some reason, they don't post the original one to you. In case you do not receive your original FORM-C then contact your local firms registrar office and submit your Notarized documents there. They will issue you your ORIGINAL FORM-C! Goodluck!
