yeh i agree. these look good until you face reality. see those pigeons. they will mess within a week. dust, pollution, rain will make life miserable to clean.

I have the same issue. I live in a place where it rains around 100 days a year. Also, a lot of dust. The best way would be to build a hardened glass roof over it.

1. Your slab must have slope
2. Cover it with a polythene
3. After that apply artificial grass or live grass
4. Your rain water will drain automatically without seepage problem

Hi I am building a new home , I have a penthouse kind of single room 17ft * 15ft & 40ft Balcony with slab on it . IT will be like a semi penthouse . I need some assistance on planning the floor . I also have teak furniture along with it
