They do this deliberately unless you pay by credit card, its happened to me several times where they put you address in instead of Manchester i suddenly became London with the correct street and a different postcode. With paypay they literally wont do a thing until you have received the item or waited 60 days for delivery. Then if you paid by credit card via paypal rather than by debit card or bank account you can get a refund almost instantly. if paid by other means you have a struggle
yes Im dealing with paypal as it stands they have refunded half but not all. for the same parcel which makes no sense. Its a horrable company. its with parcel force currently in 8 days will be returned. I funded the payment by debit card. I have had 3 phone calls with paypal appealed 2 out of the 4 payments. I did a trust pilot review then got a phone call from huusk I recorded the call maybe i will post it on youtube. Its a joke I did this order for my sick dad it was not even for me. I am still fighting them and they are fighting me. in the call joan the customer service rep was saying sorry but never offered to refund me. I dont know what more I can do.
