- Long Beach will begin clearing out homeless encampments Monday following repeated threats from Gov. Gavin Newsom to withhold money from cities that do not do more to stop homelessness.

This has to be a bot, no one at this point in time can be this dense towards the homeless situation.
all the low paying jobs are taken by migrants who just got here that have very limited work experience. Those are the type of jobs homeless people need, but there Is no such thing anymore.
I work, and I can't afford the damn rent. We aren't paid enough to pay these RIDICULOUS high rents.
In America it used to be the case that a man could - with ONE JOB - pay the rent, feed a family, buy a car, and save for the future.
So - what has changed?
Our paychecks have gotten smaller and smaller, and smaller still.
THAT's what's changed.
We are being screwed over by the people we work for, as they make more and more and MORE every year.
Oh great does this mean they are going to start bussing them to neighboring areas again.
Let me clarify:
1. Homelessness isn't a crime!
2. Help the REAL AMERICAN homeless people, not the foreigners who step in our country illegally!
3. Send some of the homeless American people into rehab and mental facilities to get help.
4. Send some of the homeless American people into affordable housing with ALL necessaries to survive who want to work!
5. Stop raising the prices of rent and mortgages! This is what pushes Americans on the street because they can not afford to put a roof over their heads!!
Let ME clarify:
Drug addiction IS a crime, which 99.5% of homeless people are guilty of.

This actually tries to solve more than one aspect of the problem. You would never get elected to politicals office because the message isnt simple enough and the property developers would make less money.

I live across the street from this library on ocean and wouldn't dare take my daughter around that library or play area and the restrooms there are or something out of a scary movie
A lot of Public libraries have become homeless havens. They can go in and out and use the restroom since it’s a public entity but they’re pretty gross and some are very aggressive and clearly on drugs.

When I was in my early twenties I began being homeless. All of us homeless would find somewhere safe to sleep at night and early in the morning we'd get up and clean up the sleeping area and leave. These homeless people these days put up tents and stay..commit crimes and do drugs all hidden in their tents.
“They’re new poor, see. We’re old poor.” In my 20s the “homeless” peers had two story homes to go back to complete with two loving parents waiting. They were just camping.

Much of the United States has an affordable housing crisis and a homeless crisis, as do many other wealthy countries. It isn't just California.

Unhoused people, many of whom are U.S. military vets, won't simply vanish because you feel entitled to not be confronted by that reality. Not really......homelessness has been a decades long issue and even if you close the borders, the drugs will find a way through. Being homeless stems from many different factors, drugs being one major contributor. But others like health issues, housing affordability, job lose, etc have nothing to do with "open borders"

Homeless encampment's have been encouraged to move all debris and belongings to L.A Dodgers stadium.
Bet these bums will soon end up in LA, where Bass protects them.

With other people, if it hasn't happened to them yet they believe it never will, and it doesn't matter; they don't care. If it hasn't happened to them yet, but it's unpleasant to see or reckon with then they only want that thing to go away from their view, and that thing is "bums".

Y'all have to read in between the lines here!
Let me clarify.
Some of y'all are not realizing that firstly, there is a mix between homeless Americans citizens and homeless ILLEGALS who stepped into our country unlawfully.
Secondly, there are homeless Americans who work BUT can't afford a home because, greedy politicians, corporations, etc, are raising the rent and mortgage prices.
Some Americans citizens choose to be homeless, some are forced out on the streets, simply because they can't afford to live in overpriced states like NY and CA!

Long beach was beautiful when I was a kid I would ride my bike all over the river bed I couldn't let my kids do that now alot of sketch people living along the river bed in Long Beach
