Excellent haul and glad you are able to rescue before ends up in landfill. Wish I lived closer to grab some things from you. And flammable gas is probably cans to refill butane lighters
So its my understanding that the expiration date is for the stor shelf life. Thats when the store takes it down. But the actual date for the food life is much longer. You will see that some items do have 2 different dates on them at the grocery store. Like lunchmeats. Most products are still fine to eat for another year from the date shown. Check it out and you will understand that better. Even medicine is still good a lot longerthan those dates. Great haul. You got so much. 😉👍❤
I kind of agree about the expired stuff , but I eat expired stuff , and for some , it could mean the difference between eating or going hungry. If it's sealed in a box and inner lining , I will eat the dry goods .
Im a senior that lives alone, those sparkly bows and berries and sprays would be fine for me. I have a birthday next week and those would be a super gift in themselves. Just saying, now you keep doing your thing for others as Christians are taught, with love
Government is actually working on getting rid of best buy dates, starting in California, because all a best by date is, is the date the company guarantees freshness by, it does not mean a day or a month from then the food is going to grow mold or not be good. I can't wait personally!! We waste sooo much food in this country just because a corporation is trying to cover their own a**!!
@@kshat2014 I hear you, however although the best use by date means products are not harmful after vs expiration that does, I do not prefer eating or giving away stale food. Some food still taste fresh maybe a week after best use by, but most are spot on, I just like fresh, expiration I will not touch after that date. I have had food poisoning more that I ever have wanted.
What a shame, you left so much good food behind. Our food bank will accept food up to 6 mos of being expired. It is still good. I'm not trying to judge but if your intention is to help the the needy food is needed more than anything. I don't know how much you donate or sell but what you do save will not benefit the homeless or needy as you want all of us to believe in the name of Jesus. So sad.
Get it!

You can still donate to the homeless in your area they don't care
Kind bars full of protein.Expensive. Cereal is processed. Experation date means nothing.. Lasts for months. Shame cant go to hungry
Jesus would want you to donate and not just look out for self 🤷🏽♀️
