shame you cut out the part at 43.30, if you did that dodgy river crossing in the cutout its fun eh - i usually come the other way to this and 1st time i did it is crapped myself as was alone and as you know the climb out is well slippery, so are the rocks i the actual water too...fun
Haha 😜 funny, it was deep and I had to push it up the bloody steps and it wasn’t pretty so I didn’t film it! Haha I’ve been through it many times, years ago it didn’t have all the fences around / weren’t so robust it was easier to go up river a bit there is a bit of a stony beach shallower than the main crossing! I’ve been off in this river 🤣
that trail at the beginning needs attention and traffic , both of which i would volunteer for - i saw old jon ride this early this year and asked for location but no reply, i said to him it would be overgrown in no time if we couldn't get more traffic and perhaps some hands on deck and look at it - we will lose these if we dont use them, would you will be willing to share the gpx on mail? or show me around on my 500 - i always seem to end up on the same lanes up there and while they are great it'd be nice to actually see these others. i know the 2nd one with the grassy ruts that you turned right on and led down into the forest, i usually come from where the gate is to the left and have never ridden that grassy bit - is that the link to the 1st one?.. there is also the one at 46 mins, no idea where that is even though i know the area you are in....
You can come riding with me if you want. I’ll be going in couple weeks on a Friday and Saturday so one of them days you welcome to join me?? Let me know your email 👍
