At least Bejeweled doesn't need an internet connection... CC does. So when an unlikely event of internet being cut off, CC dies, Bejeweled lives on. Another thing: Bejeweled has infinite levels without requiring an update. To do so with CC requires perpetual updating....
@@r.a.6459 You are so wrong, friend. Both games do not require internet required (however, it is true that Bejeweled Blitz sometimes does not open or does not work if you do not have internet). If both games lose internet, they can continue to be played, but there will be no ads with rewards and online features. Lastly, Bejeweled does not contain "infinite levels" rather it would be "infinite modes" in the case of Bejeweled 3/Classic. I'm not jumping to defend Candy Crush or Bejeweled, I think they're both great games (although my favorite goes more to Bejeweled).

That sneaky little pile of shit called a game is the thing that killed Bejeweled.
It's still a pretty grossing game, and it managed to become one of the most popular Mobile games of all time
