I recommend setting Equestria to become the Solar Empire again and also buffing Equestria in the game rules so they don't die so quickly. Then, support the Solar Empire with the "Daring Do and the Shadow of the Sun" focus. On another note, I'm glad you enjoyed the path so much. There's three others for you to enjoy, and each offers a unique storyline.
