Same thing for me with my PRC documents. I tracked my documents and it's indicated that my documents were already delivered but upon checking the portal my status is still not updated. I hope we get to find the answer for this. Hopefully.

Hi guys, not sure kasi ako sa ilalagay sa Licensure/Registration Exam Histoty part po. About sa country for which examination was administered. I took HAAD exam last 2015 nun nasa Pinas pa ako. Naconfuse lang ako kasi as i click the information button dun, nakalagay din "Please select the country of your registration/licensure authority address". Di ko po alam kung anong ilalagay sa Document number ng Marriage Certificate under Identification Tab, regarding sa Date Issued naman po, ang date of marriage is Dec 5, 2019 but the date of issuance of Marriage License number is Nov 28, 2019, di ko po alam kung anong date ang ilalagay ko.
