- I would show the viewers that I want to show them how to put on Diagnostic mode Kenmore 700 Series Washer. and yes, this is my Great Aunt's Kenmore Washer. so basically, it does work with 2015 Whirlpool Cabrio for every test mode. I hope you like it!

Funny how i remember being a kid and have an old ass washing machine that never had any problems. Now they start making them digital and the problems are endless. I might see if i can find an old one again
I used to fix my Kenmore washer and dryer everytime a part wore our or some other issue (not many overall). Loved that they were dependable and that I could do the repair if needed. Sadly we replaced the washer when it beyond my ability to repair and bought a 700 series. The lock problem is the most prevalent on it and now it keeps skipping to Complete a minute after it starts. Too frustrating. Miss that old washer!
Had an old school one and fixed the Heater strip that burned out qnd worked flawlessly after ! Bought is used.

I have same washer purchased in 2018 . When you start a load it locks lid and begins then suddenly unlocks to add a garment. I start again and same happens eventually it continues with the washing cycle. When turning knob to select cycle it doesn’t work consistently either.
Same here just changed the lock switch hoping that would fix also drained with commercial vacuum nothing

I have a top loading Kenmore 700 series triple action he washer machine it goes thru the cycle and everything but the clothes do not come out clean at all. It fills and drains but it isn't working. No error code
Same machine mine says E3F5 I read somewhere something about the locking mechanism but how would I go about checking? How did you get this into diagnostics mode? You went very fast on pushing the buttons.
Ran diagnostics and it failed 005 which it is the pressure sensor. How do i open the control panel to replace the sensor?

I have this same machine it only will fill to about 5 gallons on normal cycles does this machine have a load sensor and if so where is it located also the pressure switch is mounted on the main board and doesn't seem to have a way to adjust It can anyone help with this it has no error codes
Nope lots of complaints on this machine some complaining that some clothes don't actually get wet during the wash cycle. What people are doing now is adding water manually.
Could you do the sanitize cycle if you can on this machine?

I have this same washing machine and it just stopped working. After I push start I hear the lid lock and the basin starts to spin but it’s making a knocking sound and hardly spins very slow, so it doesn’t even get thru the process of weighing out the load or adding water and the knocking sound is pretty bad. Water never even begins to fill up the basin and after a few attempts to spin & weigh the load, the machine just shuts off. Don’t know what’s causing this cuz I know nothing abt repairing these types of machines. I watched your video but I’m not sure how to initiate such a test. If you have any advice that would be great & super helpful. Thanks
i think is the washer drive belt ,is in the bottom of the washer .

On the test mode, the clothes would have the worst rollover with the agitation.
if it's too slow for agitation, they probably won't come out that clean. even strong agitation can clean kind easily

The Wash Temperature is at Hot
The Soil Level is at Extra Heavy
The Spin Speed is at Max Extract

@@joeradke7522 if the magnet can't fit into the lid lock switch, you'll have to find much smaller to fit it in, so that way you can bypass it. but remember, push the lid lock latch halfway, so that way it won't cause an issue

Shift actuator, unless the machine is not agitating either that's either a dead motor or capacitor. the capacitor and shift actuator are fairly cheap to replace so that would be where you look first.
