Can't understand why there are so many dislikes. It was a perfectly good video! Few things you failed to touch upon was fungus during rains, how effectively would it drain out pet pee, and would it cause any dampness and damage to the floor (especially in heavy rain areas).

Sir! During rain there is a water leakage problem from the roof of my house. Pathches of water mark can be seen from on the surface of th ceiling (during heavy rain , specially in the corners of the ceiling). I cannot refloor the roof becuase it is made of roof titles.I have two options - artificial grass or roof shedding with aluminium sheets... Which one will be effective but will cost low and run for many years as well? I liked the concept of artificial grass... In my scenario will it help from leaking as well as is it going to cool the room temperature?

Debayan Mukherjee Artificial Grass is not good if there is leakage. Do not use artificial grass I case you already have leaking roof.
Try painting with weather proof paint from outside in places where u experience leakage.
Roof top and aluminum shade is better.
