I'm so excited that you're starting to Bible Art Journal! I've been doing it for about a year and it has grown my faith so much. One goal that I had was "I want all ideas to be my own." At first it was really hard to know what to do (especially with the influence of Instagram and Pinterest!), but it has been so fruitful to follow that because everything I create within the pages comes from my own heart!! Also, in starting, remember that perfection is overrated! God just wants to meet with you, he doesn't care how the art turns out! Merry Christmas Meredith! Enjoy your time with your family!! ❤️❤️

Just wanted to say, me and my friend ordered illustrated faith packages, and journaling bibles, and we fell in love with the idea. in my dorm we couldn't burn the wick of candles with a flame but we could put them on a candle warmer that almost looks like a hot plate and that way it would still smell good but there was no flame... maybe your school will allow that too :-)
