Am I right?: At night the night-vision should work fine without any filter/filter-system? During day by removing the IRCut filter the image should still have colors but as the mode B/W suggest it changes the image by post processing to go B/W anyway?

Is InfraRed view working on all the time of night (6 PM - 6 AM) and is early morning IR view of CCTV is clear image or blurred one ? Please reply sir
