Why did dhm recommend and send you 3 base gaskets when the kit comes with only 2 ( 1 paper, 1 copper) and 1 head gasket (3 total in the kit ). Thanks in advance
running the monkey father bbk with 149 piston and ported head, man it makes a difference; the bike feels like it a actually has some sort of torque, can easily clock 115km in 4th and hold it like cake, shame 5th feels so useless .
@@fubarsnafu82 5th is much better bit still feel like it doesn't have the go go like 4th does its still more an overdrive gear, I had a 14t sprocket with just the intake, exhaust tune but got rid of it because of stop speed might have to try again
Aluminum can be tricky to paint. It usually requires and acid etching primer.
Definitely would have helped I will be redoing it in the future but so far it’s holding up better than I would have thought
@@fubarsnafu82 Ya, I'd just run it as is. Loving the build.
Thank you

We were trying to decrease compression ratio slightly due to detonation even after using high octane
Link for the avail vent hose?
The hose is just random fuel hose the vent itself is on DHMs website

After the 149 mine feels like 5th is very useable, try a 14tooth front sprocket
