I have a sick garage base in Cherno Industrial buildings. It’s a great spot. I’m on modded server so I can build inside.. I have a 4 gate defense anyway you try to raid with code locks. I have a insurgent and a sarka parked in there and 2 car tents and 2 military tents.
This is certainly a RP base, if you were to do this an official you’ll get off-line raided in a heartbeat, they could just simply boost over the walls using any method, watchtower, barrel, car, etc.
One gate raid. Although I have to say that bases are not the way to go to store loot on any vanilla server. Even if it was a 3-gate raid, it wouldn't stop people from getting in. It might even make it a target. Bases are just for fun and roleplay anyway. A place to hang out if you're in a group. Not for storing loot. Stashes are the way to go. Been playing this game for a long time. Never lost a single stash. Bases always get raided sooner or later. Sometimes it's raided within hours. Sometimes it takes two weeks. But it will get raided.
there would still be an unboostable inner gate. could even squeez a second. would be more for tower utilization for base camping if you found a good location.
True, but most PVE servers are heavily modded anyway. Most use BBP or some other mod for base building. But I do like these base building ideas. It can be fun roleplay.

@@xLogan3__ you don’t have to put up a flag for the walls, walls stay there if u don’t interact with then for 45 days with a flag its 90 but the flag is mostly just so you don’t have to put stuff in boxes
Dont start building unless you have enough nails and tools for all your desired Walls and you can create a closed compound. And a 4 digit lock. I know, it wont prevent a raid. But ist will hinder People with a hatchet or crowbar to harvest nails and planks from your construction site...

(Long text alert) Mmm I had the idea of making this base on an official server, I had everything, a barn near a lot of wood and various industrial resources, one day I disconnected and they looted the base, but they looted it without even breaking the door, I don't understand how it happened, is there any glitch to break through the walls or doors? Why I don't think it's normal on an official server
Why cant i put the 2nd floor down on my watchtower? Do i need to build the 2nd floor before the walls? I hope someone can help me im trying to make my first base decently secure 😅
Man you'd get raided so quick, 15 min you're wiped. Maybe this would work on a role play or PVE server..... PVP forget it. Also growing pumpkins is the only veg optimal for sustained food output, no point to grow anything else. Vid is helpful to those who don't know how to build, but in the real world aspect, players would get wrecked so quick lol

How do u get soo many nails and tools, i buildn2 walls in a day and when i log back in they are gone....

Yeahhh lol the most effective bases are the ones with as many walls as possible. This has an aesthetic but its not effective in real game scenarios
So back to back walls? Like layers. Also will the second wall take damage as the first wall is being blown up

It may be that the watchtower is very close to a building. etc and that is why it cannot build.
