Thanks for the lyrics, some people believe they were born with the English in their mouths or they adopted their mother language to be used right away or they think they know it all, some people learn the language with songs, so this is very helpful 👍
Most of my friends are in their late 30's and early 40's & can relate to the GO GO's VACATION! This was, in my opinion, their best song, except for "Head Over Heels".
I'm an early 80's college kid. It was studying 5 days to earnestly learn pharmacology at U of M, partying two days to forget the drudgery of the other five. Susan was a brazen, brunette dorm brat, but her bidding for me to come upstairs and party became too strong to resist. "That's what the little girl's DO.' 45 years later, I haven't gotten over the halcyon thrill of those youthful and passionate days.
I was only 19 years old when that song came out. Great video. I still enjoy listening to it today. I think that the Go Gos were the greatest All female group. They split up a long time ago but they are still great. Rock and Roll Hall of Famers also. God bless the Go Go's

Muy buena canción que nunca pasará de moda.saludos desde Perú
So, it's that moment I realize it was 40 years ago almost to this day I purchased the first cassette single "Vacation" from Sam Goody and a friend liked it so much it has been borrowed for 40 years.
I'm thinking it's not coming back.
Thank you for keeping the summer of 1982 alive.
❤❤❤❤ no me cansaría escuchar esta música espectacular!!
It’s always makes me happy hearing this song! Love my 80s days!
one of the best female drummers ever!! 🎶😊
Jaws 🦈 I always think the FIN is gonna be right behind them water skiing 😁
Can't seem to get my mind off of you
Back here at home there's nothin' to do
Now that I'm away
I wish I'd stayed
Tomorrow's a day of mine that you won't be in
When you looked at me I should've run
But I thought it was just for fun
I see I was wrong
And I'm not so strong
I should've known all along that time would tell
A week without you
Thought I'd forget
Two weeks without you and I
Still haven't gotten over you yet
Vacation
All I ever wanted
Vacation
Had to get away
Vacation
Meant to be spent alone
A week without you
Thought I'd forget
Two weeks without you and I
Still haven't gotten over you yet
Vacation
All I ever wanted
Vacation
Had to get away
Vacation
Meant to be spent alone
Thanks for the song!
So you know the lyrics..........big deal..........isn't it!!!!!!!!!!
@yerb It was never my intention to be nasty. Just can't see the point of "posting lyrics" on this platform......isn't it!!!!!!!
감사합니다~
Thanks for the lyrics, some people believe they were born with the English in their mouths or they adopted their mother language to be used right away or they think they know it all, some people learn the language with songs, so this is very helpful 👍
Their drummer is underrated. She rocked!
Most of my friends are in their late 30's and early 40's & can relate to the GO GO's VACATION! This was, in my opinion, their best song, except for "Head Over Heels".
My two favorites, too!
It’s my favorite song by them along with We Got the Beat.
And maybe Our Lips Are Sealed as well.
Nothing like the Eighties in terms of having established the absolute blueprint for modern music acts today!
Such beautiful and talented ladies...imagine how they felt hearing their own music on the radio! The 80’s were so good!
En la cuarentena mundial recordando está melosa y pegajosa rolita 80tera, cuando todo parecía más amable y llevadero: los 80s; gran época.
I was only 19 years old when that song came out. Great video. I still enjoy listening to it today. I think that the Go Gos were the greatest All female group. They split up a long time ago but they are still great. Rock and Roll Hall of Famers also. God bless the Go Go's
The 80s music was the best!
Will always be!
Perfect song for this film. Both are fun and uplifting especially for summertime. Have a great vacation everybody even if it is a staycation just have fun.
You're talking about Spider-Man Far From Home right?
@@trinitylivingston1286 yeah
Just finished a staycation, it was nice. But hopefully the real deal will be coming soon.
You can’t help but smile and move when listening to this one.
I bought this LP album when it was first released and still have it. Where does the time go?
Essas meninas são espetaculares. The Go-go's é uma prova viva do talento feminino.
