I have a relatively small room and my brand new Vital 100S inside.
Should I leave it on auto mode 24/7 or turn it off when I open the window?

Yes, but there are many better options for heavy VOCs.
Let's say, the Levoit Vital 200S, Winix 5500-2, or maybe the Austin Air.

apple only made that goofy round computer for a short time.
