What I like most about Stefano is the clarity of his pronunciation and the slow, careful manner of speaking. Slowness and clarity and emphasis are always the best way to teach. Some teachers think students MUST hear faster speech, but that comes later and comes naturally ...... however, on the other hand, learners learning a foreign language learn best when they learn from slow, clear speakers, and that is why I like Stefano so much. His method is the best. Clarity, clarity, clarity. I listen to him on my bike and at the gym and also at my computer or on my cell phone.
Grazie!
many people in general don't like fast speech, even in their native language. they like slower and clearer speech. if im not feeling well or am not in a mood then in english and latvian (languages i know the best) i stop following the video and get irritated. I can continue to watch the video for scenery but then the speech becomes like a noise and i stop picking it up or registering it
As a retd ESL teacher, I advise native English speakers not to yell at a learner, but SLOW DOWN! At 80, I find even some native anglophones talk too fast for me to follow. It's very irritating.
@@billTO Hi. I liked your comment. When I was in h.s., my French teacher spoke very slowly. We didn't know any better. I had her for 3 yrs. and I had no other teacher to compare her with. I thought her pace was normal. Once, a native French kid joined our class and he told the rest of us privately that Mrs. Norman spoke so irritatingly slow. But the beauty was that when I went to college and had to give a speech for the first time in my life, in a French romantic poetry class, I absolutely shocked myself at being able to speak rather flowingly and rather clearly and rather grammatically for a full 10 or 15 minutes. I attribute that to Mrs. Norman. thx for your comment ... Bill in USA ...... by the way, where do you live?
Toronto.

Grazie mille a te 😊🇮🇹❤️.
Italians speak so quickly and they mumble.
