You can probably save time on the screen with a bunch of jumping mushroom guys if you intentionally trigger them, use the leftmost one to bounce off to the platform above while they go down and the jump left to the warp while ignoring the shroom in the way (as long as it's on the ground it jumps out of your way just in time)

This is a good idea will have to see about a better strat for that room anyway
