At 1:24, both graphs are planar graphs. Planar graph is what CAN BE DRAWN IN A PLANE, and both can be easily drawn in a plane.
Moreover for some graphs as those containing no cycle less than length 5, both the above formulae fail to decide the planarity of the graph. For instance in Peterson graph with 10 vertices and 15 edges, both the above inequalities hold, however it is non-planar.
However nicely explained for the graphs that are identifiable with the 2 inequalities.

Well done, Thanks a lot .... I finally found a video which solved my problem of proving whether a graph is planar or not ....

Mam one doubt why did you say there is no circuit in last example. Because we have a circuit where the vertices are horizontally aligned A B C first row and D E F second row. So A ->F, F->C, C->D, D->A. Its a circuit right. Can you clarify?

the formulae are not sufficient to check the planarity of a graph rather use them to decide non-planarity means, if the formulae failed then surely they are non-planner but satisfying those u cant decide if they are planner

First of all, this is no trick or magic. They have a complete structured study in Rosen's book from where you have got this stuff and without understanding the meaning behind these formulas, it is baseless to use them.
