Oh Karen, how lovely to wacht all the fun you have. I also find tassels wonderful to make, used to have them in many places of my house and when in Italy found old shops Selling all sorts of them on band by the meter. The round ones we call “pon pens, I made them Big ones and put them on top of the children knitted wintercaps, part of the old tradition in Scandinavia. 😍😍😍🇩🇰

I love that!! My family is scandinavian too and my aunt makes fabulous pompoms for her knitted hats as well! She also makes amazing knitted socks, my personal favorite 🤩

Great video! Love seeing your process. Two questions. What yarn did you use to make the pompoms? The tool you used for threading fibers through the holes. Is that something you made?

Thank you!! I am not 100% sure which yarn it was, a basic yarn from the craft store but i loved that it was rainbow 🌈, the tool i used was just a piece of soft wire that i twisted, super handy!!

Dental floss threaders work great for that, too.
