I'd pay you to be working on that boat . A good professional captain always has a good crew 👍
Cheers mate
Top Aussie crew 👏 👌
Smothe work, nice fish, good set up,clock work! Hope you all have a fine xmas & new year, cheers.
Awesome haul Captain!
Cheers mate
Nice fishing!
And nice use of modern tech for maintenance and manning.
The LED floodlights work great, but they come with some electrical risks due to their switched mode power supplies and the filtering needed to stop them frying your electronics.
Please make sure the installer understands this as these can cause shocks and unwanted earth currents that can cause corrosion on the boat.
I say this with my internet flame suit on, but I have experience with LED floodlights in industrial situations that make me wary of them.
The principal of cathodic protection is to apply an an external current that is equal or greater than all the charged electrical ions at the steel's surface, the current then enters the steels surface at every point, and corrosion is suppressed. --- Unless of course your LED Floodlights are turning the boat's hull into an impressed current anode The only way TK could check for this is to jump a diver with a Cathodic Potential Meter & take CP readings of both hull & sacrificial zinc anodes with both all the Floods turned on, & turned off.
Stand by. Now in AU on revalidation mission. You'll finally meet the "Killer Mainline" which is 3 times better than that crap you were spooling onto the drum. Cheers 🤠
interesting I run some LED bars on my boat. Would you care to elaborate on the proper wiring?
@@gruntmax43What was that mate?
@@Glaciershark 12 VDC bars? If so then no issues at all just connect them up. 240VAC ones need a very solid and reliable earth to be safe.
@@Peter57808 oh yeah i’m a small boat and i only have 12v system
don't throw cigarettes into the ocean, seabirds and turtles eat them of the surface. always fatal. i will probably be told to piss off but at least i tried
Agreed, I tell them every single day
Be good to see some unloading at the co op and how the system works
I enjoy these videos, can I ask why the edge of the deck at the door isn’t angled and not at 90deg. It would be easier to haul the fish onboard and not have to lift over that sharp angle. Just my observation. Cheers Jim
Always good mate
Cheers David!
What manufactured fishing lights and where i can obtain .

Hi mate, where are you based and I will try and source some in your region.
@@tkoffshorefishing Mr Tk i sent you an email please check your inbox
Thanks tk love the vid
Cheers mate!
Gotta ask, what sort of motor pushing the boat, sounds like there's plenty of diesel power there.....
V12 Cummins
Watch the swearing bro, didn’t realise a fishing boat was a church alter lol😂
😂 we all swear like troopers but kid's watch the show so I try to keep it tidy
I commercial hook and line fish out of Alaska @Glaciershark here on youtube. I really enjoy watching the warm water fishing as well. Thanks
What you paying the indo crew mate $$$$$$$
what's the average price per kilo for swords?
How long is a piece of string ?
Hey Capt. Love the channel and content. No disrespect meant but I work with 6 sigma and Ive got some ideas to help streamline how the gear and fish are processed. If you're interested in any way let me know and I'll type it out right below.
Hi there, what's 6 sigma? 3rd generation fisherman with 40 years experience and I have never heard of 6 sigma.
@@tkoffshorefishing It's a system of streamlining processes, reducing wasted movement and other concepts that have more to do with manufacturing than fishing but the concepts do carry over.
@@skullhart rogee mate, time and motion management. Love it. I have actually just finished up in that fishery and moving onto a new adventure next month. Exciting times ahead.
@@tkoffshorefishing Looking forward to it! Thanks for the added effort to bring us along. I really enjoy your channel. Cheers!
Awesome vid once again guys great effort. What part of New Zealand are you from T.K?
