The very same thing happened to me. I was 70. I was out with my daughter shopping, we needed to take the escalator down. We were talking side by side. She got on while I froze in fear. I just yelled to her going to take the elevator. I’m still that way now at 74. I can get on if it’s going up, with another person, but not if it’s going down. I really don’t know what’s happened to me. Bless that man who recognized his need and helped him. Very kind and generous of spirit. God is always watching us. ♥️♥️🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸

I understood this man's fear, even if he was acting.I have 2 replaced knees. Sometimes they do not work as I imagine they will. Escalators are scary, even steps. There are wonderful young helpers out there. I've always had an issue getting on escalators. The first time I went to the mall after the pandemic in 2023, I found myself in this situation. I can do it it just takes me a minute. A very nice young lady asked if I needed assistance and did help me. It was so nice and she was just wonderful. I was very grateful for her help. I had completely forgotten about having this issue.

Man I just love these vidoes like this, they make me smile, reminds me of the kindness my mother had when she was alive and the kindness she taught me, but I have not ever had that kind of , I guess you would call luck, nor has my wife. We do what we think is right and keep to ourselves and try to help when we are needed, but it seems we never get anything in return, I know God is watching and maybe one day we will get the help we need, just like some of the people out there.
