Type in “Chinese Hot Pot” or “Shabu Shabu.” You have to try once. Then if you really like, you can make yourself. Very easy. Lots of vids on TH-cam and you can buy sauces, instant soup base via Amazon. Veggie easy to find, thinly sliced meat you won’t find but you can partially freeze and cut yourself, slice thawed chicken, fish, shrimp. Good luck
