- I found out that if I give the tray a good push after pouring boiling water into it, it will make a splash in the back of the oven and contribute to an extra boost of steam.
Steam prevents the crust from harden before the ovenspring is over.

I love how your oven slides
what oven is that? the way that tray slides is amazing
Easier to get a cheap hand held steam cleaner. And a short 1/8th stainless steel tube. A close the oven door on the steel rod. A use the little steam cleaner and blast steam through the tube into the oven.

It’s NOT at Home, it’s Anywhere
How is theoven so clean
That was satisfying
Where I can buy the steel sheet you use? It’s huge size
All I can find is 16x14 ??
Thank you so much 😊
dude is gonna break his oven throwing the water back getting it all at the bottom making a mess like that 😂😂 slow it down and make sure it stays in the pan
I know. But it makes such a great steam boost 😉
@@BreadByRosendahl1 yeah sure, but no need to yeet it with no care lol
@@BreadByRosendahl1 you have to have water in it already, before it gets hot like that.
Please I need this how can I get
what teperature did you set it to get that water evaporating?
Anything above 212. Hotter the faster it happens
I just put in a few cubes of ice on the tray rather than dumping water.
For which purpose?
Rapid temp changes can deform metal
Can't you already have a pan of hot water in the oven prior to putting the bread in?
That’s the right way to do it this way is stupid and ruins the pan and raises heat, instead of allowing steam
chances are it will evaporate

What lesson are we suppose to learn from this video
If recipe calls for steam (like Chinese buns) this is one way to do it in a regular oven.
