You got a 7 day shadow ban. You just have to wait it out. If you get caught a second time it’s a 30 day ban and you can’t play at all. 3rd time is permanent ban. ONLY SPOOF ON ALT ACCOUNTS.

I tried it for a couple days and it worked well, then all my wild spawns disappeared, I could still spin stops and fight grunts but no wild spawns. FOR EVERYONE WHO GOT SHADOW BANNED. (No pokemon show up). It lasts roughly 7 days. Use a different account stay in one area only walk don’t teleport. Hope this helped

This is exactly what happened to me before I got a 30 day ban no warning. My recommendation is to stop immediately and take a break from the game, if it comes back then you’re okay, but you may get banned as well. I only played for a few days before I was cooked

you are on cooldown, let the app sit for an hour or two and let it load in and then you will be able to spin pokestops and catch pokemon

Hi, I’ve got a question regarding cool down. For those who have been using this app, are you able to spoof straight away after not playing for 2hrs+? And if spoof to a coordinate that has a 100iv and click it, but don’t do anything else, can I spoof again to another 100iv Pokémon in a different country? Please let me know
Every time you move you need to wait cool-down
