Since I have been trading on lower timeframes and focusing more on intra-day, and on a different market as well, and Im now thinking the possibility to switch to swing trading and stocks, my question is: In his mentorship and methodology, you only BUY STOCKS? I mean, only go long and he do not short? Not that I think is bad or good, Im just curious, because on research I have been doing on communities and/or mentorships who trades the Daily Chart, they only focus on the BUY SIDE. If you could clarify this to me, I would gladly appreciate it. I would send an email to mission winners anyway, but it would be great and helpful to hear from someone who took his mentorhip.

Price bars or candlesticks, both work, just pick one and train your eyes to get used to seeing the action. The chart is like a book. You can read it just as easily once you know the language.
I was really looking forward to Pat sharing some early mistakes and some recent examples of buys stopped out for losses but unfortunately Pat did not provide details. I commend you Richard for refocusing Pat as I think the stop loss/risk mgmt information shared around 1:22 was insightful. We all have losses and I think I learn more when traders share their entry logic around trades that went against them.

Such a great guy that Pat is - awesome that you were able to snag him for an interview!! I am a noob and still a little confused about the the chart timeframe... Can anyone explain to me ... is the chart a monthly based chart with a daily interval or a daily chart with different minute intervals as in, 15 minutes or 30 minutes etc. Any comments would be appreciated.
What a great video! This is what I needed to hear. I have now switched my charts to the moving averages he uses. Did lot of researching and pulling up charts with the moving average and liked what I saw.
The upper line trend entry was significant to me for locating the break outs, instead of the often used lowest price underline trend used to verify the end of the trend. More time frames are tempting, from day to 15, 5 to 1 min. I can't switch to 1 hr, after several yrs of 15min. & your % stop was cool! & using mva' crosses as exits instead of undertrend lines. I just started using an earnings scan, so far so good as long as I also verify their net profit to leverage. Very pro thank you!!

On a monthly chart each bar represents a month's worth of price action. On a daily chart each bar is a day. And so on for different timeframes
