It is sooooo easy to get all kinds of turned around and confused in the passageways in the Fabrication Facility. Good idea setting up the mini-base outside the main passageway; I did the same with a Seamoth. Just as a checklist, there are 3 total blueprints that you need to obtain inside the FabFac in order to fully bring the FCS Mods into play. You found the one in the Lounge, there are two more after you put the Power Cells into the Generator to get power back online and then gain access to the Storage Room with the correct keypad codes (remember there is no 0 on the keypads)
Some time ago I started to carry 2-3 oxygen tanks with me to extend my diving time, especially when I started to use some mods to increase the game difficulty. Having a second (full) oxygentank in your inventory ist just perfect to get back to safety when you hit the 30s warning. also sometimes I planted the braincoral in an outdoor bed to have an emergency oxygen production if my base power should fail.
The flashlight is much better to navigate those small paths in the fabrication place and in big wreaks, the sea glide is to fast and doesn’t give off good light, it’s better to take them slow and learn the path so you don’t get turned around. Edit: also get a scanner room and range upgrades for it, it’s helps SOOO much, I replayed subnautica recently and that was my FIRST priority. I mean you fill your inventory in minutes with any type of loot you need in the area.
Please consider this advice : 1. double/triple O2 tanks for exploring wrecks. It gives you so much more time underwater. You're not filling your inventory, might as well have it full of O2. 2. Inside of wrecks, don't use the seaglide, but a flashlight. More light, less speed, more control. 3. Put your Solar pannels on a foundation where your mini-base is now, and move your minibase closer to the entrance. Connect both with power relay things.
a good tip, you can carry more than one oxygen tank. i use that often when i know im going into a sketchy situation. usually, i carry 2 extra, and when i have used the first 2, and swap to the 3'rd, i emediatly go towards safety.
Your constant search for copper makes me think of all those memes XD Love having a new Subnautica series, I watched the previous one and really wanted to try the FCS mods, but they'd been removed by then. Great to know they're back :D
I've been waiting for this modded series to finally come back cause I thoroughly enjoyed the storage mods idea. It reminded me of a mod used in Minecraft where you would use a similar type of server rack method.
Hello Z1, Please read your comments. Naparoid told you what you would need in episode 2. William Huhn is telling you (episode 3) what to look for inside. When you get into the Security room thru the tunnel or duct work (you went there and died) look on the computers to get the codes, after powering the facility up. Get the ultralight air tank and then make two large air tanks it really helps out inside the facility. I have had a ton of problems with the FCS Mods, missing small things that are needed to have certain mods work right (not available on vortex), it took awhile to find the missing mods that I needed get things right. My computer is able to play the game but just beats the bare minimum required for the game so that is also a problem that will soon be fixed. Have a great rest of the week and a wonderful weekend.
If you build a floating air pump and deal with the pipes, you can pipe oxygen straight into the facility giving you unlimited time in there, I’d also recommend building a flashlight for a better FOV in confined spaces
I'd suggest a beacon at the mini-base? and maybe build a multipurpose room there as well, for storage and fabrication. You also might want to grab a few bladderfish for emergency O2.
As a RL cave diver I can say definately get 3 tanks and use the flashlight and slow down and avoid panic. If you easilyl get turned around build the cave exploration tool that leave markers.

Z1 c'mon the top of the fabricator has a Cuttable door. at 21:01 and thats why you NEVER use the vents just get the laser cutter & cut your way threw EVERYTHING
And can reduce that distance by building off that "base" he just built. Couple more compartments, a ladder or two down, and another compartment off that next to entrance
I was wondering... couldn't he use an air pump to bring air INSIDE the place? I mean, unlike the base modules the pipes are very small and can bend around corridors...
for some reason my allterra hub mod isnt working it wont register in the game ive tried all i can and cant figure it out i have the epic games version of subnautica
you do not need to make any batteries..... make repair tools and take their batteries.... much easier ... and I find that the materials are much easier to find

The Air Bladder in Subnautica has allways been that bad. In Subnautica Below Zero it got a major upgrade

Nooooooo you must fly through tight spaces as fast as possible with the seaglide.
3:34 the "let's head down." sounded so dejected lol
im so happy to be having another series on Subnautica after all it was this game when i first found this channel keep it up love you Z1
Same...
Also you have to activate the air bladder for it to bring you up faster
Same here, Found him one day on a Subnatica video, Been here ever since.
you should carry a second air tank that is filled to extend your time in sunken ship
Is that a modded thing? I didn't know you could carry multiple tanks
This is not possible, unless its from the mod
This only worked in the early beta/alpha testing of the game. It was removed when the game went live
@@google_cheese yes you can carry one in your inventory just make sure to equip it after you make it so that it gets filled with air.

btw you can bring multiple large O2 tanks in and just equip another one when u need.i recomend 3
build a bioreactor down there and it will supply the power for oxygen that you need right outside the opening
But i dont think a bioreactor will fit that pipe
@@cookies1702 thats why you put a multi purpose room down there as well
Z you should put the base atatched air pump and run pipes from the little base
the Air Bladder from Subnautica Below Zero is the air bladder that shoots you up to the surface. The one in this game has always been slow.
I've been waiting for this modded series to finally come back cause I thoroughly enjoyed the storage mods idea. It reminded me of a mod used in Minecraft where you would use a similar type of server rack method.
oh yea the one with computers(simple storage? cant remember)

Get the peeper lounge bar, they sell Z1 snacks
Go to the island on the left of the big ship, you can find many (rare) resources you need in the caves
Edit: looking at it 15:17
did you forget that bladder fish are portable oxygen bags?
I'd suggest a beacon at the mini-base? and maybe build a multipurpose room there as well, for storage and fabrication. You also might want to grab a few bladderfish for emergency O2.
You could build an exterior growbed down there and plant a Brain Coral sample in it for infinite oxygen once its fully grown.
This is what I like to do. You can even build it inside some wrecks.
for the air bladder you have to activate it and it will deflate
As a RL cave diver I can say definately get 3 tanks and use the flashlight and slow down and avoid panic. If you easilyl get turned around build the cave exploration tool that leave markers.

Structural Integrety complications will make it annoying though...

LOL!! You just need to build several oxigen tanks and switch when one is getting low... Nice trick that I use in all my subnautica games.
If you make another o2 tank you can bring it with you for more air.
Building the base at bottom use ladder tubes to the surface place solar panels on top of the ladder tubes on top maybe. 👍
Love your Videos Big fan!
Holy Dr. Who, Zman!! Looks bigger on inside!

The answer to your puzzle is always a multi purpose room bioreactor combo. I put those all over the place.
Maybe the air bladder is mimicking the slow trip to the surface like real divers to prevent the bends? Or just still broken lol
Why just dont craft more tanks for air?
The reason the I compartment was not working is because it was under the shadow of the wreckage
im pretty sure that solar panels don't work at all past 250 meters
Those little green arrows in the hallways are like fire exit arrows
You should put some pots or a grow bed into the small base so you have food and water down there
Can't you build more oxygen tanks? I remember you could use more than one tank in the older versions of subnautica
man this is cool
Hey z good to see more subnautica
Z1 c'mon the top of the fabricator has a Cuttable door. at 21:01 and thats why you NEVER use the vents just get the laser cutter & cut your way threw EVERYTHING

multipurpose room & Bioreactor for deep stations and bases.

maybe a pipe network from the little base into the facility? you only have 100m to cover and then whatever inside.

Funny thing is, he found the exit to the tunnels twice before he died.
Can't believe he forgot about the power transfer connectors!!!!
Possibly use the bio generator to use on that thing in fabricator facility that's says no power source maybe. 🤔
Making great content
👍👍👍😀😃😄😁😆😊
How many times have we all said, "I won't need [insert item]", only to realize we did in fact need said item?. lol
Isn’t there a land scanner for terrain on the sea glide?
When you build a pipe for the air pump, two titanium gives you 5 pipes
Z there's a air pump u can put on the little base and then connect pipes to the wreck... Ps it's vanilla
So with this can you use it with an old saver profile or does it need a new profile?
Build a one room hab right next to the craft hub.
And, there you go doing it.
Didn't you take the battery out of the repair tool in you previous video. Lol
I enjoy the series. You don't need to go to areas with that much risk to your oxygen. That place didn't seem worth it yet
You can find a depth module in aroura
Exterior grow bed and acid mushrooms etc?? What are you doing? 😜
Btw u missed an R in Alterra, but I love Submoddica anyway!
Love the content
You can use air blader for extra oxygen
correct me if i`m wrong but the airbladder in the firt subnautica always was this slow only in the second game it launched you in the air
How did you install all those mods? I tried it but didn't work. A tutorial would be amazing😇
I was wondering... couldn't he use an air pump to bring air INSIDE the place? I mean, unlike the base modules the pipes are very small and can bend around corridors...
what about a bioreactor instead of a solar panel?
Hi Z1 Could you make a video on how to install these mods on Subnautica please, Hugs and keep up your good work.
for some reason my allterra hub mod isnt working it wont register in the game ive tried all i can and cant figure it out i have the epic games version of subnautica
He literally hit a wall and thought that it was a t section and didn’t go the right way
you could craft two oxygen tanks and switch between them
z : i can not find the way out countinus to turn away from the exit
Well either you need to upgrade your oxygen tank or get yourself an undersea vehicle.
fun fact: you can carry extra oxygen tanks in your inventory
z looking at the exit: i can't find the exit
The Air Bladder for Below Zero is awesome, but they didn't update it straight across the two games :(
They nerfed the air bladder in the base game but buffed in bz
hi where is the mods list? i checked the z1 site and checked the subnautica mods but it was for the old series ( also a bunch of mods where deleted )
I believe that the only mod he is using right now in this series is the FCS Automation Mod.
Air bladder can give you about 30 seconds of air if you suck the air from it.
Is that place a mod area
if you skim the surface the sea glide dosent use any battery
you do not need to make any batteries..... make repair tools and take their batteries.... much easier ... and I find that the materials are much easier to find
Make an extra tier 1 oxygen tank to switch to to double your oxygen
Z1 Gaming The Air Bladder Never Changed in sub zero it was way more powerful but barely as good in subnautica
Fix the Aurora to get a mk 1 seamoth module
